Booking terms
Short and clear: what to expect when you book direct with us.
Price
- Our prices are total prices per night, including tourist tax (City of Utrecht) and including cleaning, towels and bed linen.
- Short stay: from €205 per night, incl. tourist tax. You'll see the exact price for your dates when booking.
- There is no cleaning fee and we ask no deposit.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
- Online you can book up to 27 nights. For 28 nights or more we make a tailored offer.
- We keep one day free between stays for a thorough clean, so arriving on the day a previous guest leaves is not possible.
Payment
Pay securely online with iDEAL or credit card. You'll receive a confirmation by email after payment.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, with a full refund. If you cancel later, the booking is non-refundable. Changes are possible by arrangement, if the apartment is free on the new dates.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 10:00.
- Late check-out until 12:00 is possible on request.
- You open the door with a digital key (Loqed), which you receive before arrival.
House rules
- Maximum 2 guests; children are welcome (within that maximum).
- No pets, no smoking and no parties.
- We live in the house ourselves; please be considerate of us and the neighbours.
